We are currently looking to recruit an HR Graduate.

This role is for a Graduate who has graduated recently.

A great opportunity has arisen for a proactive, fast-paced HR graduate with some solid work experience evidencing a strong work ethic, who’s looking to progress quickly to be an HR Advisor.

This is a true generalist role supporting both recruitment processes, and support staff, so there will be real variety in this position. You will work towards operating at all levels within the business and critical to this will be building strong relationships. This HR role will include induction, training, policies, and systems, providing support on resolving complex employee relations casework, and varied HR projects.

Job Description

Requirements and skills :

  • Graduates with a degree in Human Resources or Business Studies with modules in HR with a minimum of one year’s experience preferably in an HR Administration or recruitment role.
  • Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of the best practice in recruitment and selection
  • Experience in interpreting, advising, and implementing such agreements and procedures
  • Ability to use an HR information system including, accessing, inputting, and compiling data
  • The verbal communication skills to communicate with a diverse client group
  • The written communication skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports
  • The ability to research, analyze and reason logically within tight and conflicting timeframes
  • Experience in leading and working effectively in teams
  • Experience in supervising staff and assuming responsibility for workload allocation
  • Ability to identify development needs
  • A commitment to providing customer service
  • Ability to write and present information
  • Experience in providing advice and support to senior managers on strategic matters
  • Experience in leading projects and implementing new initiatives

Qualifications :

  • You should have a degree in human resources or a relevant area, with one to two years of subsequent relevant experience. [Desirable, but not necessarily essential]
  • CIPD qualifications are essential, covering leadership and management, people management and development, generalist and specialist personnel and development, and applied personnel and development.
